1. About SoundPure

SoundPure ("the Service", "we", "us") is an online audio processing platform available at soundpure.eu. The Service provides AI-powered audio humanization, mastering, watermarking and analysis tools accessible through a web browser.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SoundPure. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at support@soundpure.eu if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use SoundPure only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload audio content to which you do not own the rights or do not have a valid licence
• Use the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of our software
• Use automated scripts, bots or crawlers to access the Service
• Attempt to overload, disrupt or compromise the availability of the Service
• Share, resell or sublicense access to your account with third parties
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Audio content and intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all audio files you upload to SoundPure. By uploading a file, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process that file solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not store audio files beyond the time required for processing.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any audio content you upload and process through SoundPure complies with applicable copyright laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Credits and subscriptions

• Free accounts receive a limited number of credits per tool upon registration
• Paid plans provide a monthly or annual credit allowance as described on the Pricing page
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle (they do not roll over)
• Unused credits at plan cancellation are forfeited
• The Infinite plan provides unlimited uses subject to fair use — we reserve the right to limit usage that is unreasonably excessive or disruptive to other users

7. Payments and billing

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will apply thereafter.
• Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

8. Refund policy

Given the nature of digital services where value is delivered immediately upon use, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of:

• A verified technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the Service
• Accidental duplicate charges

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to support@soundpure.eu.

9. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, apply updates or experience unexpected outages. We will notify users of planned downtime where possible.

Browser-based tools (AI Process, BPM & Key, Watermark, Royalty Calculator) run entirely in your browser and are not affected by server availability. The AI Mastering tool requires connection to our processing server.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer regarding platform policies

SoundPure provides audio processing tools intended to improve the acoustic quality and naturalness of audio content. We make no guarantees that processed tracks will be accepted by any specific streaming platform, distributor or service. Platform policies, content moderation systems and detection technologies change independently of our software. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of processed content complies with the terms of service of any platform on which you distribute it.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Billing records required by law will be retained for the legally required period.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
